This new micro-lot from Colombia originates at the farms El Playon and La Cristalina in the Department of Huila. The processing of the coffee consists of two fermentations: first with the cherry skin on and then another soak without the skin. The coffee is then patio dried using a solar parabolic to focus the sun’s energy. Entirely Caturra, this crop has a vibrant yet smooth cup profile. A unique region of coffee growing, as the annual rainfall encourages two peak harvests.
