Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented several operational changes to keep us and you safe.
- We are still roasting coffee at our warehouse in Petaluma, and fulfilling online and wholesale orders only.
- We have implemented several new operational practices in line with the Sonoma County health orders, see below for details.
- Our coffee shop has reopened. We are continuing to fulfill pick ups in Sebastopol and Petaluma.
- Orders are otherwise shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- All team members and customers must wear a mask or facial covering that covers both the nose and mouth prior to entering the facility, and at all times when inside.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who threatens the health and well-being of our employees and other guests by refusing to comply with public health orders. If you are asked to comply and choose not to, you will be asked to leave.

FACILITY & OPERATIONS: CLEAN AND SAFE AT ALL TIMES
- Minimum amount of employees needed to conduct essential business operations are present in this facility.
- Absolutely no hand shaking, hugging, or any physical contact allowed.
- Sick employees or anyone showing symptoms must stay home.
- Visitors are not allowed unless essential, such as designated deliveries or services.
- Using a disinfectant solution, surfaces are sanitize constantly during operation hours.
(Beginning of the work day, after break, after lunch, at the end of the work day, and as needed during operations).
- The guest capacity of the coffee shop is limited to 6 people - 3 in the order queue and 3 in the waiting area
- No more than 12 people can be present inside the facility at one time to maintain social distancing
EMPLOYEES: KEEP CLEAN, SANITARY & INFORMED
- Symptom checks are conducted before employees enter the workspace. Employees temperature is checked and logged before entering the facility. Employees with a temperature higher than 100.4F will be instructed not to come in to work.
- Employees must arrive to work having practiced proper personal hygiene. This includes wearing clean clothing, immediately washing hands upon entering the facility, and recommended to wear personal protective equipment.
- Staff are encouraged to protect their personal health and safety when not present at work.
- Daily reinforcement of the importance of hand washing, recommendations around sneezing, coughing, social distancing.
- Employees keep a minimum of 6 feet of distance from each other to the extent possible.
- One employee is allowed to work per prep table when possible.
- Work stations are distanced 6 feet apart or as far apart as possible when 6 feet cannot be met.
- Limit team meetings and avoid employees taking breaks simultaneously to encourage social distancing.
- Ownership stays up to date daily on any local city, county, state or national policy and news. Share information with employees while limiting gathering to respect social distancing.
