A light and flavorful dry processed coffee you can drink all day. Dry processed coffee brews a fruit forward cup that is delicate and refreshing. We source our decaf through Royal Coffee, who handles the logistics of lot selection and decaffeinating. Coffee production in Ethiopia are typically smallholders; families farming a small acreage of a variety of crops, whom produce near a coffee processing station. The coffee was curated for decaffeination based on cup profile, physical preparation, and potential to express flavors when decaffeinated. After selection, the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavors.
