Cultivated on the southern shore of Lake Atitlan in the Guatemala highlands. Cerro Lancandon Chochajau is a farm operation that cultivates over 33 hectares with 27 contributing farm members. Lake Atitlan's origin is volcanic, filling an enormous caldera formed 84,000 years ago. This coffee cooperative is certified organic, and produces the crop at an altitude of 1600-1800 meters.
All sales are non-refundable and final. All coffee is roasted fresh to order every Thursday and every Monday. Online orders are shipped or delivered the following day.
