Valentín Orosco Maytan began his journey as a coffee
farmer in 2000 on his farm, Ladera- Amaybamba. The
same year, he removed all of the coca plant he was once
producing, and replaced them with Typica and Caturra
coffee trees. Valentín has since become a member of the
Incahuisi Co-op, and has improved many aspects of his
operation, such as organic fertilizing. High elevations and
a dry climate in the Cusco department offers excellent
mouth-feel, sweetness, and ripe fruit flavors.
All sales are non-refundable and final. All coffee is roasted fresh to order every Thursday and every Monday. Online orders are shipped or delivered the following day.
