This coffee brought to us by Prieto Estate is from El Salvador’s Metapan region of the Santa Ana department. The coffee was grown at their mother’s farm, Finca Nombre de Dios. The coffee is rooted in non-volcanic clay soil, and is grown along pine and oak trees, which contrasts with most of the crop in the region. All the coffee’s fertilizers are made on site with organic materials. The community who works on the farm are employed year-round, either in the fields or at the eco-mill preparing coffee for export.
All sales are non-refundable and final. All coffee is roasted fresh to order every Thursday and every Monday. Online orders are shipped or delivered the following day.
